LMAOOOO bro i felt this so hard. "can you clarify the nature of your injury" im dying. noobie just wants to fix their shoulder not defend a dissertation

and yeah honestly T_Ortega is right, i already said basically the same thing a couple posts up - BPC + TB-500 is the answer, full stop. that combo has more real world logs behind it for shoulder/tendon stuff than probably anything else in the peptide space. people have been running it for years, the feedback is consistent, its about as close to a no brainer as this community has for localized healing.

ok fair point and i'll take the L on that being a little sloppy. the systemic GH bump obviously has SOME downstream effect on collagen and tissue stuff, bella literally mentioned the skin density thing which is a real signal. my point wasnt that theres ZERO effect, more that for someone with a specific injury trying to get a specific result, hexarelin isnt the move when you have BPC/TB sitting right there doing that job way more directly. like yeah hexarelin might contribute something systemically but thats a roundabout way to fix a shoulder lol

noobie seriously just go ipa/CJC to start, get your sleep sorted, stack BPC + TB for the shoulder. do that for 8-10 weeks and come back and report what happened. dont overthink it, the answers in this thread are pretty aligned on that even if it took 15 posts and a CD36 deep dive to get there lmao
