Re: My first time looking into peptides and I'm completely overwhelmed - where did you all actually start?

ok bro I gotta be real here, you've now posted THREE TIMES basically saying the same thing about bella's huberman reference and honestly it's getting kinda ridiculous lol. like we GET IT. podcast bad, sikiric good, bella should've known better. message received the FIRST time you said it.GrumpyOldResearcher wrote:I've already said my piece on the podcast source issue and I'll leave it there.
but here's what's actually annoying me - you're over here dunking on bella for ONE reference point in an otherwise solid helpful post while completely ignoring that bella asked gainzwithgrace88 really good clarifying questions about their sleep situation. like that was genuinely useful! the huberman namedrop was one sentence out of a whole helpful response and you've devoted THREE separate posts to dragging it.
and bro you're acting like bella was saying "just do whatever huberman says" when that clearly wasn't the point. the point was BPC has broad recognition even outside hardcore research circles which is TRUE and actually a useful data point for a beginner trying to assess which compounds have the most signal around them.
also gonna be real - you keep telling OP to answer dr_peptide_curious's question like you're a moderator here lol. we all noticed they haven't answered yet, you don't need to end every single post with a reminder. chill out a little
I actually AGREE with most of your substance. BPC first, no stacks, manage timeline expectations, that's all correct. the Epithalon point for beginners is fair too. but you're burying genuinely good advice under a weirdly personal pile-on of bella who was just trying to be helpful to a newcomer
disagree with me if you want but that's how I see it
