lmaooo bella coming back with the podcast bit, actual comedy. "watch the vein appear" sent me

ok but real talk since were kinda winding down from the academic thunderdome i actually wanna share something useful for OP that hasnt really come up yet

so my situation was a little different - I was running BPC for a shoulder thing (rotator cuff, partial tear, not full blown but enough to make pressing miserable for like 4 months) and the plateau thing you described hit me HARD around week 5-6 too. like progress was great and then it just kinda... stopped. still functional improvement but the curve went flat

what actually made a difference for me on the SECOND run was stacking it with TB-500. like BPC handles a lot of the local repair signaling stuff and TB-500 is more systemic and hits angiogenesis and cell migration through a different mechanism. together the results felt noticeably more complete than either one alone. obviously thats n=1 territory and were in bro-science land here but it was a meaningful difference in my experience

im not saying go dump money on a stack your first time out, I wouldnt have recommended that to myself before I understood both compounds better individually. but if you do another run and hit that same plateau wall around week 5, might be worth researching

this is a genuinely important point and I wish someone had explained it to me this clearly early on. the COA batch number matching thing especially. I learned that the hard way not from limitless specifically but from a different vendor and it was annoying

OP solid thread man, sorry it became a dissertation lol. worth reading every post in here though, even the spicy ones

ok I have been lurking on this thread for like an hour and I need to say something because I feel like OP 😭

THIS IS ME EVERY TIME omg I have been there so hard. the most confident video is not always the most correct video and yet here we are lmao

ok so I havent done BPC-157 specifically (I'm more on the sleep peptide side of things, been messing around with some stuff for sleep quality and it's been a whole journey) but I wanted to share something relevant about the tracking thing because SupplierSkeptic raised it and I WISH someone had told me this earlier.

I literally started keeping a little notes app log when I started my first peptide run and it changed everything. like I do sleep score from my whoop, a 1-10 how I feel overall, and just like 2 sentences about anything notable. takes maybe 3 minutes. and when I look back I can actually see patterns instead of trying to remember what week 3 felt like compared to week 6. your instinct that you couldnt separate the variables is so valid and honestly a little notebook habit fixes like 80% of that problem

also the academic smackdown in this thread 💀 I felt dr_peptide_research's energy through my screen. the "measured patience" thing. iconic. I love this forum sometimes

OP you did way better than I did on my first run, I was out here just winging it completely and hoping for the best so honestly you should feel good about how thorough you were! 60-70% improvement sounds really promising 🙏
